Refund Policy

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Contact Cyerescloset@cyerescloset.com to request a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged or an error was made.

Items that cannot be returned

Custom or personalized goods and worn personal accessories cannot be returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

After a return is received and inspected, Cyere's Closet will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Marketplace orders

Orders placed through Etsy are also subject to the checkout and payment terms shown there.
